In a one hour home session you can expect classical Mat Pilates with exercise props, isolated stretches, targeted exercises, postural guidance, and some manual therapies such as myofascial work, active release, sports cupping or Gua Sha (muscluar scraping similar to Graston Technique). For people looking for a more therapeutic session I will work within the framework of your comfort while getting results so you can move past muscular imbalances that are causing issues. For people looking for a traditional workout I can also tailor an exercise/Pilates experience for you whether it is at a beginner, moderate or advanced level. I do bring along exercise props such as therabands, small weights, a spinal corrector, magic circle and a yoga ball and will keep things fresh and exciting no matter what your goals.
